It's our tradition every year to go see the cherry blossom at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden usually during the Sakura Matsuri Festival. This year we were too late by 1 week at the BBG. Talk about bad timing. However there's something about keeping family traditions so we still went and had a wonderful time. Hopefully next year we'll have better timing. Here's a pic of my favorite flower at the BBG.
